Reduce the Agency for Persons with Disabilities’ (APD) Waiting List: A proposed waiver for transitioning students with I/DD out of schools is being considered and a new Pilot explored.

Vocational Rehabilitation (VR): Support the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation’s legislative budget request to increase state funds in order to draw down additional monies for a provider rate increase of $9.1 million.
